CLIMATE
With the variety of climates at different altitudes, each season in Bhutan shows their own beauty through the change in nature and the blooming of diverse flora and fauna. Bhutan has four seasons, with spring spanning from March to May, summer is between June and August, autumn is from September to November and winter runs from December to February. South Bhutan, which is closer to India has more tropical weather, while the North gets very cold during winter. The Himalayan mountain peaks are covered in snow and lower parts are still cool in summer due to the high altitude terrain.
